In this course, we’ll focus mainly on how Event Orchestration can help you streamline manual event processing with a decision engine that can enrich, modify, and route events using conditions at scale. Technical Trainer Hannah Lodise will show your teams how they can get started with using different types of orchestrations to cut back on manual, repetitive tasks and best practices for leveraging automation to reduce noise, more efficiently process events at ingest, and even avoid incidents entirely!

This session will cover how to:

• Set up intelligent and flexible orchestrations to reduce noise or shortcut manual processes
• Create nested rules for managing complex rules and logic-based routing
• Leverage automation actions and custom webhooks to determine next best action

We’ll even do a quick overview of how to use PCL (PagerDuty Condition Language), which was developed to give our customers more flexibility and control over their event processing pipeline.
