PagerDuty Ranks 15th on Battery Ventures/Glassdoor Cloud List
We are excited to share the news that PagerDuty has been recognized as one of the 50 Highest-Rated Private Cloud Computing Companies To Work For in a new list released by Battery Ventures and Glassdoor. The list highlights 50 independent, private companies—all business-to-business cloud companies—where employees report the highest levels of satisfaction at work, based on employee feedback shared on Glassdoor.
PagerDuty values the culture we have built and are continuing to improve upon it daily. Our Glassdoor rating is something we take pride in because it serves as a reflection of how we are fostering a great work environment for all employees. In fact, one of the five PagerDuty values is TEAM. And since we are a globally diverse company, we work hard to ensure we foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
The distinction placed PagerDuty at number 15 (out of 50 total) on the list, with an overall company rating of 4.7. The broader average across Glassdoor is 3.4. Equally as impressive is our CEO’s rating—Jennifer Tejada boasts a 98 percent approval rating on Glassdoor, compared to an average of 69 percent for all 770,000 employers on the site. Additionally, the company has a 92 percent positive business–outlook rating, again based on feedback shared by employees. The broader Glassdoor average is 48 percent. A positive business outlook means employees believe business will improve in the next six months. This year’s private-list cutoff was a rating of 4.4, compared to 4.1 on the prior list.
